For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got at Hotel Am Martinsberg. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with the train station and a supermarket just a short walk away. The staff, especially the older gentleman at the reception, were friendly and helpful.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

The welcome, food etc, were all very good, distance from river, Market Place and transport - all very good. I have not ticked any of above boxes, because they did not really apply to our small group. (for myself the weather was on the hot side, but that is an advantage for some)

There was room for improvement in the en-suite, there is no reason for complaint,

The only power point was for the TV - one or two additional power points in the room would have been useful

It was good value for money. We were well informed of the layout of the town and where to find interesting places and resturants.

Nothing specific about the hotel except that it is an uphill walk from the station, made more difficult with luggage.

The hotel's shower curtains are not well-designed which results in water leakage onto the floor.

Nothing everything was great.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendly service we received during our stay at Hotel Am Martinsberg. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although on the smaller side. One standout experience was the fantastic breakfast served by a very positive lady. despite some minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Andernach.

This hotel was perfect for our family trip. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was secure, and the location on the Rhine river was excellent. We also loved how close it was to the city center and the many cool restaurants. Our breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tiny dormer window in the room to the bath and shower combo. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone's taste. I especially loved the freshly brewed coffee and the healthy options available.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Everything was perfect, no improvements necessary.

The overall condition of the room was far from desirable. The entire place had a musty odor and the bathroom was extremely dated. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise level from the street made for a poor night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and uninterested, which may have contributed to the disappointing state of the room. not a great experience.

The hotel was great value for money. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of bread, cheese, and cold meats. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 3 from a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, even helped me book a taxi!

The room was basic, but it was expected for the price. However, an extra blanket would have been appreciated.
